How to Donate

At the Blooming Prairie Backpack Program, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing the issue of food insecurity in our youth population. While our program does utilize food donations, your monetary contribution of a suggested donation of $100 will feed one student for approximately 35 weeks.   Monetary donations often go further than food donations as our program is able to purchase food specifically for the Backpack Program through the Channel One Regional Food Bank in Rochester, MN. 

The Blooming Prairie Backpack Program is currently serving 92 students per week between the elementary & high school within the Blooming Prairie School District.  This is a 62% increase over the 22-23 school year. Your monetary donations to our program are tax deductible.
